10-1-2009: Around 6,000 letters demanding an Equity Committee will soon be delivered to the US Trustee. Hopefully he will appoint an Equity Committee. If he does not, then a motion to create one will need to be filed by our counsel. Our counsel is ready to step in should any settlement agreements/motions reach the court. They will make sure that no settlement sis approved without recovery for shareholders. Contact WaMuEquity.org if you have any questions, since I am out of the loop with regard to current developments.

6-24-09: WMI has been granted a motion to 'examine' JPMorgan. This will give them broad power to investigate the inner sanctum of JPM, and bodes well for WMI, and possible shareholder recovery.

6-22-09. The US Trustee Letter page has been down for a day or so, due to a bug that was introduced while I was making changes to the site. It is now back up, and will automatically open Word if you click on it, or you can save it to disk and edit it there.
